Parcels must be at least one acre in size, with just one primary residence per parcel under the town’s municipal code. Los Altos Hills remains one of Silicon Valley’s most affluent communities, with a median household income of $206,000, according to United States Census Bureau data. Los Altos Hills operates the Westwind Community Barn, a historic property for stabling horses and equestrian training. The annual Los Altos Hills Hoedown takes place at the barn.
